About

ProofProtect is a protected proofing platform for photographers. It gives every client a private gallery to review and choose from — built from the ground up to prevent screenshots, screen recording, and casual downloads, so your work stays where it belongs.

Why we built it

Once an image leaves your machine, it's gone. Drive folders get re-shared, proofs become phone wallpapers, and friends-of-the-couple skip the order entirely. Photographers spend the week chasing approvals while unpaid copies turn up where they shouldn't.

We thought proofing deserved better than a watermark stamped on a file anyone could still save. So we put real, device-level blocking behind the gallery — the same primitives that protect streaming video — and paired it with selection tools that make picking favourites effortless for your clients.

What ProofProtect does

• Capture-prevention — attempts to screenshot or screen-record a protected proof are designed to return black frames.
• Dynamic watermarking— every viewer sees their own email and a timestamp drifting across the image, so a crop won't help.

ProofProtect is built and operated by GuardedContent PTY LTD. We're a small team based in Australia, working closely with the photographers in our open beta to get the details right.
