Is there a free trial?
Yes. New studios get 7 days free with a card on file, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't pay a thing.
What counts towards my monthly images?
Each photo you upload counts once towards that month's allowance. Galleries, viewers, selections and sales are unlimited. Deleting a photo doesn't return it to the allowance.
What happens if I upload more than my plan includes?
Nothing stops working. Extra images are billed at $0.015 each (AUD, incl. GST), or you can move up a plan if you regularly need more.
What currency are prices in?
All plan prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Studios outside Australia are charged in AUD; your bank converts it at its normal rate.
Do you take a cut of the photos I sell?
No. Client purchases are paid to your own Stripe account with no ProofProtect commission. Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel from your studio settings at any time. Galleries follow their own retention clock after you leave, so you have time to export anything you need.
